Every Friday, I would count the minutes until I could shut Zoom down, turn off the Ring light, take off my makeup, get in my pajamas, finish family dinner, EXHALE, and slide into my bed wondering how my life ended up here.
Eyes bleary. Mind, body, and SOUL completely depleted. No energy even for my family.
I mean, I had everything I thought I wanted. Family, house, food, steady paycheck, cars, vacations, money in the bank.
Except I was present for exactly ZERO of it.
But there is one thing that will change your course.
A pattern interruption.
What one small minuscule thing can you change about your routine/environment?
Make a list. And start making those intentional changes.
One by one. Stacking more and more on your terms. Habit stacking.
The effectiveness of the exercise of introducing NEW and NOVEL into your routine invites profound changes.
Because when you take your power back, prioritize what lights you up, and get off of auto-pilot, something magical happens.
Your energy starts to RETURN in spades. ⚡️
Energy is renewable. Time is not.
