Feeling anxious about the upcoming week? The Sunday Scaries are real, and we've all been there. Whether it's the passport stamps, scars, or the emotional toll, it's a shared experience. But don't worry, I’ve got a quick hack to help you start the week on a positive note: The Happy Calendar 😃 📆.
How to Create Your Happy Calendar:
Organize Your Calendar: Whether digital or paper, ensure every meeting, obligation, and to-do is noted.
Color Code Your Week:
💛 Yellow: Activities that energize you and you look forward to.
🩶 Grey: Obligations like errands or routine tasks.
💙 Blue: Tasks that drain your energy or make you feel blue.
Optimize Your Week:
Can you remove even one blue-coded meeting? Maybe reschedule it, turn it into an email, delegate it, or skip it altogether. Setting boundaries is crucial; think of it as creating ROOM for yourself (a key element in my Boom -> Room -> Bloom coaching framework).
Fill Your White Space with Joy:
