Judgey JERKS and the Cost of Doubt
We get so frightened to announce we are doing something new.
The fear of being judged by loose acquaintances and former coworkers on LinkedIn is FAR greater than our willingness to do the thing we actually want to do.
Amirite?
Who does she think she is? Is she REALLY qualified? That's a dumb idea. It won't work.
How much has doubt cost you?
It's an interesting question - because you wonder if you had the cajones to move in a new direction, would you have a Sliding Doors situation?
Personally, I've been experiencing this annoying doubt myself.
I have amazing clients who are completely crushing it right now (love you, ladies!). 💝💝💝
Opportunities, confidence, and the outcomes they've been working towards are all being realized. Y-E-S! 💯💯💯
Yet....
In order to grow the impact of my coaching business, I need to show up differently.
I need to serve where I'm not hiding behind an IG post or fiddling around with my back-end systems which feels like work.
But...
I've been pushing it off. Procrastinating. Doing my laundry 🧺 vs. doing the stuff that moves the needle. 📈
I think it's called procrasti-cleaning? 🧹️ 😂
You, too?
But again, what scares the be-jeezus out of you?
What would you do if you knew that showing up for others would positively impact 20 lives this year?
Well, I decided to leave the laundry pile and announce something you keep telling me you're struggling with....
