When it feels like you are going to snap...what can you do?

How often do you feel unsettled? Restless?

Like there's more in the tank for something ELSE but running on empty for what you're doing now?

Could you quantify how much of your time is spent unhappy?

What is the intensity of the discomfort?

Minor nuisance? Slow boil? Feels like a relentless vice grip?

I had my first panic attack when I was working in the corporate world.

I woke up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding out of my chest and thought I was having a heart attack.

I was freaking out that I let my stress go too far and now my body was going to make me pay.

I ended up getting FOUR massages that week! πŸ’†β€β™€οΈπŸ’†β€β™€οΈπŸ’†β€β™€οΈπŸ’†β€β™€οΈ

Why so many? Because none of them did sh*t to help me feel better!

The stress was chronic and the time under tension felt stuck in my bones.

I remember saying over and over..."I just need to find a release valve."

But what if you could find a way to lessen the intensity and the frequency?

Some of the FASTEST ways to get relief is to shake up your own algorithm. Here are some quick ideas to incorporate:

βœ… Prioritize what lights you up (Here are some ideas)

βœ… Unfollow/unsubscribe/hide any social accounts that make you feel smaller OR where you find yourself judging/hating on them πŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

βœ… Take off one unnecessary meeting a week off of your calendar πŸ“†

βœ… Use that freed up time to do something spontaneous or out-of-the-ordinary for you (like NAP) 😴

βœ… Send a check-in text to a friend you haven't spoken to in a while and re-engage

Try ONE of these things and email me back and let me know what you notice!
