I always chuckle when 30-year-olds cheerily tell me "you got this."

Honey, you have no idea. Yet.

As my ADHD brain likes to overthink obsessively on topics, suffering, and chronic stress have been on my mind.

Why do we suffer so much in a lifetime?

Or is this our "it's for the plot" moment with every blow?

In my private coaching, I work with high-performers that are going through big changes.

Time and time again, I noticed one common thing.

They aren't coming to me to fix them (they don't need fixing). They aren't broken.

Talk about personifying this concept. Late Learner as my podcast name no longer fits. It's passive. I've outgrown it. So have you.
